Architectural Review Request
The Architectural Committee shall ascertain that proposed homes meet all required provision as outlined in Article IV of the Covenants.
The Committee shall be responsible to submit its recommendations to the Members of the Board for approval of any proposed plans for additions, exterior constructions, modifications and changes to the property. Each application will be responded to within thirty (30) days from receipt. Any application not responded to within thirty (30) days of receipt by the Architectural Committee will be deemed approved.
