Nestled among the majestic live oaks off historic Frederica Road lies the charming upscale community known as Sea Palms. Established in 1967, the Sea Palms Property Owners Association (SPPOA) is comprised of residents of 340 homes from North Windward Dr. to Shore Rush Dr.

 

With beautiful marsh views, tranquil lakes interspersed throughout the property, and the semi-private Sea Palms golf course, it’s truly a unique development which is appealing to young and old alike. Biking, walking, running, and nature watching are but a few of the activities residents enjoy year round.
